o Add checking for extended publishing permissions with Facebook.  Users can disable two-way publishing from their privacy settings on facebook.com, so we need to know if the permissions have changed there.  20091108 Implemented and testing.  Will probably re-write some javascript to allow reutilization of code for this purpose.

o Add catch if user selects publishing of status updates et al, but then tells Facebook to deny publishing permission.  20091108 Added catch.  User will receive the Facebook extended permissions dialog each time they login if they have set publishing on but have not granted permission allowing us to do so.

o By request, implement a "first-time login" redirect (I didn't forget about you!).  ie you can redirect a user to the "Profile Edit" page the first time they login and profile "Home" after that.  20091108 Pending.  Not sure if it is going to make it into this version.

@TODO (deferred to 1.6)

o Clean up registration.  Remove "you have successfully been authenticated" screen which is not necessary.  20091109 Easier said than done.  Will have to rewrite a lot to do this.  Have some ideas for a different workflow.  Look for a complete re-write in the next version.  Register in two screens (three, if email validation is on).

o Change insertion of extended Facebook fields into db to use bind() rather than iterate each one by one (faster, less cpu required) 20091108 No can do.  Need to look up fieldId for each field name, to be able to use saveProfile.  Then when you call saveProfile it iterates the db calls one at a time anyway.

o Change registration to grab avatar from Facebook only for first-time login.  Otherwise grab avatar from site running jomsocial.  Why bother to toggle 'import avatar' off if we are loading it every time anyway?  20091108 Plan on getting rid of this altogether in 1.6.  Needed for now.
